The Dometic RainTec RT 200 features a sleek rain gutter that integrates an LED light strip, providing both effective drainage and ambient lighting, all controllable via a remote. This combination of functionality and style ensures that campervan enthusiasts can keep their vehicles dry and well-lit without compromising on aesthetics.

Made from durable powder-coated aluminum, the black drainage profile of the RainTec RT 200 prevents rainwater from entering the vehicle, even when the sliding door is opened. The integrated LED light strip provides a warm, inviting glow, ideal for nighttime gatherings or safely guiding users to their vehicle thanks to its convenient “coming home” function.

While similar products have been available for years, the RainTec RT 200 stands out with its sophisticated lighting, utilizing modern COB (chip-on-board) technology. This allows for a continuous line of light, eliminating the gaps seen with conventional SMD LEDs. With an impressive density of 320 LEDs per meter and a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, it offers one of the best durability and performance ratings on the market.

The Dometic RainTec RT 200 is available in four vehicle-specific models, accommodating sliding doors for the following vehicles:

• Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper (MY 2006 or later)

• VW Crafter II (MY 2017 or later)
